The app may occasionally display an error message when saving your APIC number, even if the process was actually successful.
Before restarting the procedure, check if the registration has been processed:
1. Go to the "My Bike" section.
2. Check the Bike Information.
If the APIC number is visible, your bike is correctly registered and you can ignore the error message.
If the field remains empty, please follow these steps:
1. Reinstall the app
2. Reset the connection: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and ensure the bike is removed or forgotten.
3. Reconnect your bike via the app.
4. Enter your APIC code manually
5. Return to the bike information to confirm that the number is now displayed.
